This is the first phase of the application. Once this submission is reviewed, we will contact you with more information if chosen to progress to the next phase of selection.

This scholarship is a $500 scholarship that can be used for school expenses only. If you are a high school student who will be attending college within the next two years, you are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
